Himalayan College-HC was established in 2005. It is approved by NCTE & affiliated by Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal Univeristy, Srinag. The campus of the Himalayan College-HC is located in Roorkee Uttarakhand. The Institute can be reached either by rail or by road.
